On Models & Paths of Reform Deepening of China's Monopoly Industries from the View of Systematic Gradulisim

The experiences gained from more than 30-year's reform of natural monopoly industries worldwide show that great success have achieved coupling with many unsolved problems.Many factors such as competition,property right,corporate governance,operation,price and regulation will affect the progress and performance of natural monopoly industries reform.From a systematic view,models of competition,property right,corporate governance,operation,price and regulation should be integrated to form a whole when designing the reform model of China natural monopoly industries.This integrated reform model shall be executed gradually and holistically,taking account of reform path and risk control.
