The International Backgrounds,Process and Mode of Competition Mechanism'Introduction in Chinese Monopoly Industries

Deepening reform of monopoly industries is main contents of present reform of SOEs,and introduction of competition mechanism is precondition and key factor of the reform of monopoly industries.This paper first introduces technological and economic background of the reform of monopoly industries in the world,illustrates 5 modes and paths on introducing competition mechanism into monopoly industries.Based on this,the paper introduces the process and status quo of the reform of monopoly industries in China.Finally,the paper points out the right choice of competition mode and paths of monopoly industries in China.
