On the Perfection of the Collective Land Requisition Compensation System

The current land requisition compensation system has the characteristics of the planned economy,which is a pure compensation relationship,lack of consideration of the landless farmers' production and living needs.The compensation standard is too low,which may cause a series of social conflicts that may be even intensified with the rapid development of urbanization.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to establish a market-orientedfrom both the macro and micro levels,with updated concepts,changes of the system,clear property rights and the orientation of value of the farmer-based interests,so as to build a complete,well-established legal norms,and protect farmers' interests in land.
