Abstract
With the rapid development of modernization and urbanization in China,those farmers whose have lost their land appeared.However,as the deficiency of the compensation for land requisition institution,the short compensation and lost economic interests is becoming an obvious problem.The article tells the main problem in compensation for land requisition,and at the same time gives a constructive suggestion on the perfection of the compensation for land requisition institution and the protection of rights and interests of the farmers.
