Legal Problems of Collective Land Requisition and Their Perfection

Abstract

There are a series of problems in Chinese collective land requisition such as unclear property right for required land,unlimited requisition range,and imperfect compensation system,all of which make the land resource could not be controlled effectively.Thus it needs to perfect the systems of governmental supervision,land requisition guarantee,procedure supervision and interests compensation so that the farmers could get their corresponding interest for the lost land.
