Abstract

The all-round well-off society is a developing stage which serves as a connecting linkage between the proceeding and the following and must be passed through for realizing the strategic target of modernization. Building all-round well-off society is based on building all-round well-off society in rural areas. There will no social stability and all-round progress without the stability and all-round progress in rural areas, and there will no well-off of the people of whole country without well-off of the peasants. Only when the problem of food and clothing and the problem of health and happiness of 900 million peasants are solved, can the economy of our country be developed continuously, steadily and healthily. Success or failure of building all-round well-off society in rural areas is the key of building all-round well-off society in China.
