Problems & Solutions in the Construction of All-round Well-off Society in Western China

Building a Well-off Society is the goal advanced at its sixteenth congress by the Communist Party of China and it will take about 20 years for the whole country to realize it.In our country's economic growth,the increasing disparity between the urban and the rural areas and between eastern China and western China is the biggest obstacle,and the disparities are most strikingly emerging in western China,which is the most undeveloped rural area in our country.If the development of the rural area is the key to and also a hard nut to crack in the construction of an all-round Well-off Society,then the development of the western rural area is the hardest of all nuts to crack.With its far great lag behind the whole country,the western rural area is sure to encounter far more difficulties than the rural eastern and middle China,especially in the ways of farmers,income,rural education,social security,life quality and the urbanization of the rural area,thus making one of the major deterrent to the construction of an all-round Well-off Society in the rural west.This article analyzes the major difficulties by using the comprehensive evaluation indicators for all-round well-off and offers the solutions to them on the basis of the analysis.
