Abstract

Building a well-off society is the goal which Chinese people are striving for. If the well-off society cannot come true in rural areas, it is impossible to build a well-off society in an all-round way because China is an agricultural country. We should take effective measures to push forward the process of building a well-off society in rural areas in west China.
