Abstract
In this paper,a double-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total flavonoids in rape bee-pollen.The detective wavelength was 510 nm,while the reference one was 584 nm,the recovery was 98.2%,RSD=1.23%(n=5).The result indicated the average total flavonoids content in Qinghai rape bee-pollen was 3.22%,the method was stable, reliable and accurate in the determining process.
