Abstract

Industrial structure is the most important component of economic structure.In the strategy of opening the West,it is the Key to the acceleration of development to adjust and optimize industrial structure,to choose dominant industries to drive rapid economic development and to cultivate new economic growth points.At present,the industrial structure in the West of China needs perfection.We must turn its resource advantages into industrial ones,to actively develop the second and third industries,to cultivate new high tech industries and to promote the development of western China by upgrading the industrial structure.
