Abstract

The vocational education’s teachers are the important qualification for the vocational schools to stand out of their features and improve their teaching quality. There are many different views on the origin and structure of teachers of vocational schools in the academic fields. The author analyzed the bringing and development of teachers of vocational schools and put forward the views on specialization of teachers of vocational schools and further pointed out the ways to implement the specialization in China.
