Reflections on Promoting the Development of Teachers' Specialization in Secondary Vocational School

The teachers'specialization in secondary vocational school directly impacts on the overall quality of teaching staff,and also determines the quality of vocational education.But nowadays,the development of teachers' specialization of secondary vocational School in our country has some problems,namely low professional attributes,weak professional competence,unsound professional training system and professional moral crisis.On the basis of analyzing the problems in the specialization development of secondary vocational schools teachers group,This article tries to promote the specialization development secondary vocational teaching staff to increase the quality of secondary vocational education and the appeal of vocational education by the ways of carrying out school-based research,teaching reflection,strengthening practice,improving training system,uniting universities and so on.
