Abstract
On the basis df analyzing the connotation of the teachers' specialization,the speciality of vocational education,and the require to the vocational education teachers' quality,the article has discussed the connotation of the vocational education teachers' specialization.The article has brought forward that the vocational education teachers' specialization is the process of forming the vocational education teachers ' occupation,the vocational education teachers'spcialization,and forming the system of the vocational education teachers ' managemem and teaching.
