Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To optimize semi-bionic extraction(SBE) of Tinosporae Radix.METHODS:The semi-bionic extraction of Tinosporae Radix was optimized by uniform design with the content of palmatine and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and the yield of dry extract as index and with pH of decoction solution for 3 times and decoction time as factors.RESULTS:The pH values of water in three times of extraction were 4.0,6.5 and 9.0,and the extraction time were 1.0 h,0.5 h,0.5 h respectively.CONCLUSION:The optimized extraction condition is scientific and reasonable. It provides theory evidence for the extraction of pharmaceutical components from Tinosporae Radix.
