Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the conditions of the extraction technique for Radix Tinosporae.METHODS HPLC was used to analyze the content of atrorrhizine hydrochloride and Palmation hydrochloride, and the orthogonal experimental design was introduced to optimize the conditions of the extraction technology. The experiment,in which ethanol concentration, amount of ethanol, reflux timeand times of extraction four factors were involved, was carried out by orthogonal design.RESULTS The conditions of the ethanol extraction technology of extracting the constituents from Radix Tinosporae were 95% ethanol,6-fold solvent,0.5 hour of reflux and 3 times of extraction.CONCLUSION The process is reasonable and reliable.it provides us theoretical base for the study of Radix Tinosporae.
