Abstract
[Objective] To study optimum extraction conditions for total flavonoid from Radix Tinosporae.[Method] On the basis of singlefactor analysis, adopting L9(34) orthogonal design, the optimum extraction technique for extracting total flavonoid from Radix Tinosporae was obtained.[Result]The results showed that main factors affecting the extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Tinosporae are solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and ethanol concentration. The optimum extraction conditions are as follows: extraction time is 1.5 hours, extraction temperature is 60 ℃,solid-liquid ratio is 1∶ 15,the volume fraction of ethanol is 60%.The total flavonoids of Radix Tinosporae is 8.926 mg / g under this circumstance.[Conclusion] The study obtained the optimum conditions for extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Tinosporae, which will provide a reference for further development and utilization.
