Clinic study on effect of acanthopanax injection and benazepri1 in treating the early stage of diabetic nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the combined effects of acanthopanax injection and benazepri1 treatment on the early stage of diabetic nephropathy. Methods:60 patients with the early stage of diabetic nephropathy were divided into 2 groups:combined treatment group and benazepri1 group. The patients were treated with acanthopanax injection and benazepri1 or benazepril. Then detect the levels of blood pressure,urinary albumin excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine before and after the treatment.Results:The levels of blood pressure,urinary albumin excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine of the patients were obviously decreased in 2 groups. The data of combined treatment group was better than the benazepri1 group.Conclusion:The combined treatment of acanthopanax injection and benazepri1 are effect on the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.
