Effects of Kudiezi Injection Combined with Benazepril on Urine Protein and Blood Rheology in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy: A Prospective Clinical Study

Objective To observe the effects of Kudiezi injection combined with benazepril on urine protein and blood rheology in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 192 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly treated with benazepril(control group,n=96) or in combination with Kudiezi injection(observation group,n=96)for 4 weeks.All patients were given conventional hypoglycemic therapy.The 24-hour urinary protein excretion,urinary albumin excretion,urinary β2-microglobulin excretion and hemorheological indexes were detected before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(86.46% vs 48.96%,P0.05).After treatment,all the indexes decreased significantly(P0.05).Compared with control group,high and low shear viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,sedimentation equation were obviously improved in observation group(P0.05).Conclusion Kudiezi injection combined with benazepril is an effective treatment for the prevention and treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy.
