Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of xingding injection (ginkgo dipyridamole injection) on hemodynamics, urine protein and renal function of diabetic nephropathy in different periods. Method 86 patients with diabetic nephropathy (48 cases were in stage III and 38 cases were in stage IV) were randomly divided into 46 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group. Both groups were given conventional hypoglycemic, antihypertensive and lipid-lowering therapy. Treatment group was intravenous drip 20ml of xingding injection and control group was drip 20ml of salvia everyday for consecutive 4 weeks. Renal function, 24h urine protein excretion, urinary albumin, blood lipid (three acids glyceride and cholesterol) and hemorheology indexes of two groups before and after treatment were detected. Result 24h urine protein excretion, urinary albumin and hemorheology indexes had obvious improvement in treatment group (P0.05); while there had no obvious change in control group before and after treatment. Conclusion Xingding injection can effectively improve diabetic nephropathy patients’ high viscosity and high coagulant state and reduce proteinuria. It has obvious effect on early diabetic nephropathy and can delay the advancement of this disease, so it is worth of application.
