Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nimodipine combined with sertraline in the treatment of depression with only vascular risk factors. Methods Two hundred depression patients of our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in combination group were given nimodipine and sertraline, while patients in control group received only sertraline.HAMD and MMSE were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups. Results The scores of HAMD and MMSE of the two groups were improved after treatment(P0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Nimodipine combined with sertraline has better effect in the treatment of depression with only vascular risk factors.
