Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sertraline treatment post-stroke depression, and compared with amitriptyline. Methods Sixty-four cases post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group(sertraline group) and the control group(amitriptyline group),to obseve efficacy and adverse reactions after 8 weeks by adopting Hamilton Dalton Depression Scale(HAMD)Evaluation. Results After 8 weeks, the treatment group response rate was 87.5%,and the control group response rate was 59.4%,by statistical analysis, there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).The HAMD scores were(9.34 ± 5.97)points,(12.59±5.53)points(P0.05):The adverse reactions were significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Sertraline treatment of depression more satisfactory efficacy, adverse reactions compared with amitriptyline light, safe and effective, worthy of clinical practice and application.
