Abstract

Objeotive To evaluate the effect on comprehensive intervention measure of hypertension in communities.MethodsFrom 2002 to 2004,patients with hypertension were intervened with comprehensive measures including establishing files,follow-up,health education,intervention of diet,sports and behaviors,psychological adjustment and rational treatment.ResultsThe management rate,follow-up rate and BP control rate increased year by year,and the development of hypertension was significantly associated with the compliance and whether to insist follow-up.ConclusionComprehensive intervention measure is the effective way to improve the effect of controlling hypertensive population.
