Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of terminating 12~16 weeks pregnancy by mifepristone wih misoprostol. Method: Study group (n=135) women of 12~16 week took mifepristone 50mg in the morning and 25mg in the afternoon for 2 days, plus misoprostol 600mg in the morning on the third day.In control group (n=126), the condition was same, but embryulcia was used. Result: In study group, the bleeding after abortion, syndrome of induced abortion, amniotic fluid embolism, perforation of uterus and intrauterine infection were significantly less than control group. Conclusion:Application of mifepristone with misoprostol for terminating 12~16 weeks pregnancy is better than embryulcia.
