China's Housing Security System Reform of the New Era

In recent years,considering the circumstance of increasingly growing price,the word of house has gradually been used frequently.As an important livelihood project,it is always with high expectation in resolving the housing problem.This thesis is aimed to analyze the current problem of the housing system on the basis of the experiences of other countries,and so to provide corresponding measures such as focusing on the development of low-cost housing,weakening the development of affordable housing and to cancel the limit housing,to establish the sound rental housing system,to solve the housing sandwich layer,to raise funds for construction from multiple channels and speed up the construction of housing legalization after absorbing useful knowledge after absorbing useful knowledge.
