Abstract
China's housing reform has gone through for nearly 30 years.The housing reform has made remarkable achievements,but still remains some obvious deficiencies.It is very necessary and accessible to enact a law about our housing security.In the aspect of its necessity: firstly,because of the special properties of house,housing distribution requires legal protection;Secondly,the right to housing is a basic human rights,as well as a provision of the Constitution;Thirdly,housing legislation is the demand of perfecting our social security legal system;Last,it is the inevitable requirement of making the housing reform policy have legal effect.On its accessibility,China's housing security legislation has already been provided with the basic in theory,policy support and reality.
