The policy-oriented reason and strategy for the housing price,which keeps increasing against control

Currently housing price in China is rise rapidly.The housing market is led by high-end houses and real estate developers.Property speculation becomes increasingly fierce,while low income residents are facing difficulties in housing market.This study investigated real estate market in Beijing,Through analysis of the status of housing-low-rent housing,low-cost housing,commercial housing,as well as house leasing,and relevant policy,this disquisition is trying to focus on the sticking point and policy-oriented reason behind the high price of housing in our country.Based on investigations and research,it has put forward some ideas and suggestions from a personal point of view in terms of intensifying government responsibility and making a better housing guarantee policy.
