Economy Housing Fund:a New Model of Housing Security

Since there are a lot of problems and the inherent defects of housing security system in which government builds and assigns affordable housing and low-rent housing,it is necessary to reform housing security system.The reform includes:instead of appropriating directly money and land for building and assigning affordable housing and low-rent housing,government should establish an economy housing fund for propping up low-and-medium wage earners timely,universally and directly and adjust it from time to time in order to improve their housing consumption capacity.In addition,government should adjust the supply structure of housing market through a variety of leverages so that low-and-medium wage earners are able to choose timely and independently the appropriate housing,rent or purchase,in housing market.
