Abstract

Objective To optimize purification technology conditions of total flavones from peanut skin. Methods By using macroporous adsorption resin and taking the total flavones content as evaluation index, the researches on resin type、diameter-height ratio of resin column、concentration of sample solution、velocity of sample solution、eluent concentration and eluent amount were conducted respectively. Results The optimum purification technology conditions were as follows: the type of macroporous adsorption resin was D101. Concentration of sample solution was 0. 1 g / mL. Velocity of sample solution was 2 BV / h. Diameter-height ratio of resin column was 1: 15. Eluent was 3BV70% ethanol. The total flavones content in solids was 66. 12%. Conclusion The purification technology conditions are reasonable, stable and can be used in industrialized production.
