Abstract
Objective: Screening out the best resin for seperation and purification of total flavones from orangedaylily,enrich the total flavones from orangedaylily to 50%.By these to make the preparation of NingXinJieYu capsules become possible.Methods: With the UV index for evaluation,optimizate the process.Results: Herbal extract flow through the D101 Macroporous adsorption resin by different concentrations of ethanol solution.We can get the final 50% purity extract of total flavones.Conclusion: This method has good effect,good reproducibility and controllable quality.It is suitable for mass production.
