Abstract
Using method of tissue culture,the effect of medium components,plant hormones and additive agents on callus propagation,seedling growth and root induction of Dendrobium candidum were studied.The results showed that the best culture medium for callus propagation was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,that the best for bud induction was 1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,that the best for seedling growth was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+30%banana juice,and that the best for root induction was MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L.
