Abstract

A person must possess scientific and humanistic qualities apart from physical quality, which is true to any talent. Therefore, it is natural that scientific and humanistic education should be the essential task of all different schools at various levels. To accomplish this task, the premise is to have a correct and full understanding of the essential characteristics and function of scientific and humanistic education and their relationship.
