Abstract
It is an essential method to initiate medical humanistic knowledge to nourish medical humanistic spirit,which is the aim of this initiation.This paper is going to read the connotation of medical humanistic knowledge and its spirit,to clean up the confusion,to distinguish their internal connection and difference,to propose a correct method to balance their relations,and ultimately to cultivate talented medical experts who could meet the demands of contemporary society.
