Effect Observation on Treatment of Functional Constipation with Combinatorial Micro-ecological Preparations

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of combinatorial micro-ecological preparations for functional constipation.Methods 94 patients with chronic functional constipation were randomLy divided into 3 groups : Bifico plus Lactulose group(A),Lactulose group(B),Bifico group(C),the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates were 96.9%,76.6%,70.9% respectively in group A,B and C.A group was significantly higher than that of B and C groups(P0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Bifico combined with Lactulose on chronic functional constipation is better than one drug alone,and the results are obvious,safe,effective,Worthy of clinical application.
