Clinical observation on compound digestive enzyme capsules with lactulose oral solution treat the aged functional constipation

Objective To observe and analyze compound digestive capsule / lactulose oral solution with compound digestive enzymes were to treat the elderly curative effect of functional constipation.Methods Choose 60 elderly cases constipation patients were randomly divided into two groups,compound digestive enzymes and lactulose oral solution group(the treatment group,n=30,compound digestive 2 capsule of three times/d,10 ml lactulose oral solution,3 times/d) compound digestive capsule group alone(control group,n=30,compound digestive enzymes capsule 2,3 times of/d),two groups are 4 weeks treatment duration,observe curative effect of 2.Results Treatment group total effectiveness 100%,the control group total effectiveness 33.3%;Two groups of comparisons,the treatment group than in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Compound digestive enzymes capsule joint lactulose oral solution is a good Treatment of the aged Chronic functional constipation.
