THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF MEDILAC-S COMBINED WITH LACTULOSE ON CHRONIC FUNCTIONAL CONSTIPATION

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Medilac-S combined with Lactulose on chronic functional constipation.Methods 83 patients with chronic functional constipation were randomly divided into 3 groups: Medilac-S plus Lactulose group(A),Medilac-S group(B),Lactulose group(C),the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates were 96.8%,44.4%,72.0% respectively in group A,B and C.A group was significantly higher than that of B and C groups(p0.05).Conclusion Combined use of Medilac-S combined with Lactulose on chronic functional constipation is better than one drug alone,and the results are obvious,safe,and effective,worthy of clinical application.
