Analysis on the Effects of Lactulose Oral Solution Combined with Xiaoerkang Keli in Treating 70 Cases of Functional Constipation in Children

Objective: To investigate the effects of lactulose oral solution combined with Xiaoerkang Keli in treating 70 cases of functional constipation in children. Method: 70 cases of functional constipation infants were divided into two groups. The infants in control group were treated with lactulose oral solution for 3weeks; The infants in treatment group were treated with lactulose oral solution combined with Xiaoerkang Keli for 3 weeks,70 cases were obtained follow-up survey with 4 weeks after drug withdrawal. Result: Compared with control group,a significant increase in overall response rate and a marker decrease in recurernce rate were observed in treatment group( P 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of lactulose oral solution combined with Xiaoerkang Keli is better than that of lactulose oral solution in treatment of unctional constipation.
