On the Practice Teaching of Law Education for the Undergraduates

In recent years,various forms of practice teaching have been carried out in the undergraduate law education,however shortcomings,such as teaching content is not very systematic,the teaching process is usually formalistic etc.,are still ubiquity among various universities.In order to change this situation,legal practice teaching should be based on the features of the subject and the students’ cognitive law,adheres to the principle of teaching step by step,and also the practice teaching links,such as the form: Social Survey Professional Trainee-Mock Trial-Graduation Practice etc.,should be executed continuously over the whole four years.Finally,a normal and rational practice teaching system which is independent and parallel to the theoretical teaching should be established.
