Abstract
Different from traditional teaching of branch law,practice-based teaching approach can make students connect the separate knowledge in the branch law teaching.And it supplies more flexible and authentic opportunities to practice than case-based teaching approach and moot teaching.As a result,the students' enthusiasm and initiative can be fully inspired.However,there are some problems still to be settled in the application of practice-based teaching approach.For example,how to deal with the relationship between the practice-based teaching approach and the traditional teaching approach,how to handle the relationship between the subjects of practice-based teaching approach and other subjects,and how to construct evaluation system for students.
