Abstract

Objective:To investigate the mycoplasma infection in 312 cases of children's community acquired pneumonia(CAP),to provide the clinical therapy experience.Methods:312 cases of children's community acquired pneumonia(CAP) were divided into four groups, the MP-IgM were detected, which infection rate were compared by different age and seasons. Results:The overall positive rate of mycoplasma IgM in 312 cases was 19.9%.The ratios of mycoplasma infection among the four groups were respectively 5.9%,14.8%,49.2% and 56.1%,showing significant differences between school-age and school-age prophase. Conclusion:The mycoplasma infection is closely related to school-age but season.
