Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the infection status of pneumonia mycoplasma in hospitalized children in Weifang, and offer the evidences for infection prevention, clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Pneumonia mycoplasma infection status of 4560 respiratory tract infection patients who were be in Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January 2011to December 2012were statistically analyzed. Results In the 4560cases of children, the infection rate of pneumonia mycoplasma reached up to 29.5%,gender differences between infection rate was not statistically significant(P0.05).In the age groups, infection rate of 4to 6years old preschool children reached up to 47.9%,the infection rate of less than 1year old children also had rise trend.Autumn was the highest infection rate season, positive rate was 35.2%,each season pneumonia mycoplasma infection was significantly different, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Pneumonia mycoplasma reflects that children have become one of the main pathogens of respiratory tract infection, preschool children susceptibility is strong, existing infection juvenile trend, and high incidence season has changed to yearround from autumn and winter.
