Abstract
Objective Observation of bi-level positive airway pressure non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with respiratory failure combined. Methods 58 cases of AECOPD with respiratory failure were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases)and the control group(30 patients). The control group received conventional drugs and oxygen and other symptomatic supportive care.On this basis, the treatment group was given non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment. The clinical indicators and blood gas analysis of the situation were observed before and after treatment. Results Before the treatment the basic situation of vital signs, blood gas was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group(P0.05).Treatment for 3 days later, the level of-pH,PaO2,PaCO2 and other indicators improved significantly in the treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion For AECOPD with respiratory failure,non-invasive positive pressure ventilation can quickly ease the patient′s clinical symptoms, reduce the level of PaCO2,increased the level of PaO2.Its efficacy is superior to conventional treatment methods.
