Affect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract

Objective: To explore effect of comprehensive nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods: From September 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital 130 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine care,observation group implementation of comprehensive nursing based on the routine care. Two groups were compared after intervention with HAMD and HAMA score and treatment compliance. Results: The depression and anxiety score in the observation group after the intervention were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Compliance with treatment of observation group was higher than the control group the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing can alleviate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with anxiety and depression,improve treatment compliance and quality of life.
