Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients quality of life. Methods Selecting patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in hospital, a total of 60 cases, all patients were divided into observation group and control group two groups, 30 cases in each group, grouping method for random sampling.Using positive and comprehensive nursing measures for the observation group, while the control group only by simple observation of nursing intervention measures, were compared between the two groups of patients, to analyze the data. Results In the observation group, through the comprehensive nursing intervention, the incidence of acute symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significantly lower than that of control group simply take care, the patients in observation group were all mental, physical and self management, control group was obviously increased, P 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention actively comprehensive on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can prevent disease recurrence effectively, improving the patients quality of life.
