Abstract
Objective To study the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients implement nursing intervention on its impact on the quality of your life.Methods Select our respiratory medicine chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in 68 cases,divided into the observation group and the control group,two groups of patients in the treatment of the principle is the same group,implementation of conventional nursing,the observation group joint routine nursing and nursing intervention of the whole system,compared two groups of the patient's quality of life situation.Results All patients recovered and discharged,the observation group of patients with major treatment time is less than that of control group,pulmonary function,quality of life improved obviously,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The system overall nursing intervention can improve chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patient's quality of life,it is worth clinical promotion.
