Abstract

Sugarbeet DNA was extracted from leaves of sugarbeet with three different methods CTAB,SDSⅠand SDSⅡ.The DNA was examined with ratios of OD_(260) /OD_(280), concentration and PCR application. The results of experiments showed that the DNA concentration with CTAB is high, the best pure. So the CTAB is the way to extract DNA that can be used in molecular marker study.
