Abstract
Sugarbeet DNA extracted with three different methods CTAB,SDS and Proteinase K,the DNA was analysed with concentration test, ratios of D 260nm and D 280nm ,digestion of restriction enzyme ,PCR amplication. The testing results showed that CTAB produced the highest DNA concentration, but the lowest protein and polysaccharide content, and got clear PCR product and was digested completely;SDS method DNA content yield higher than proteinase K and PCR product was worse than CTAB.Proteinase K method got no PCR product and with some RNA.Therefore,CTAB method was a best and optimum way for sugarbeet DNA extracted.
