Abstract

Objective To summarize the clinical application of incisional hernia tension-free repair and treatment experience.Method Total 168 patients underwent inguinal hernia incisional hernia tension-free repair.Results Compared with the traditional hernia repair,incisional hernia tension-free repair was simple with a wider surgical indications.All primary and recurrent hernia surgery were successful.After a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years of follow-up,there was no recurrence.Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair is easy to master with fast recovery,less postoperative complications,and recurrence rate is low,worthy to be popularized.
