Treatment of Tension-free Hernia Repair Analysis of Incisional Hernia

Objective:To analyze the polypropylene composite patch repair of abdominal wall incisional hernia incisional hernia great effect to discuss the application of composite patch of surgical techniques and their experiences.Methods:from May 2005 to May 2011 during the use of polypropylene mesh of 36 cases of incisional hernia underwent tension-free hernia repair clinical data analysis,summary treatment of tension-free hernia repair the clinical efficacy of incisional hernia.Results:1 case of recurrence,1 patient with a sense of restraint abdominal wall,the rest recovered,all patients had no wound fluid,blood clots and infection occurred.Conclusion:Monofilament polypropylene tension-free repair patch can be obtained satisfactory results,the use of proper postoperative treatment,can reduce or avoid postoperative complications
