Tension-free inguinal hernia repair surgery on the treatment of patients with recurrent hernia

Objective: To investigate the tension-free hernia repair for recurrent inguinal hernia treatment,analysis of the cause of relapse and precautions.Methods: 46 cases of hospital admissions of recurrent inguinal hernia were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group of tension-free hernia repair in the control group underwent traditional hernia repair,recurrence were compared.Results: 23 patients with recurrent hernia patients after treatment of tension-free hernia repair after 2 years follow-up,the recurrence rate was 0,and using the traditional hernia repair surgery for recurrent hernia patients were followed up for 2 years,6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 26.09%,recurrence rate was significantly(P0.01).Conclusion: The tension-free hernia recurrence rate is small,easy to operate.Is due to traditional hernia repair.Tension-free inguinal hernia repair is the preferred treatment for recurrent hernia,is worthy of promotion.
