Abstract
A new HPLC-ELSD method was used to detect alditol in sugar-free cakes.Select samples of water/ultrasonic extraction approach;ODS-SPE sample pretreatment;Zorbax NH2 column,mobile phase:acetonitrile∶water=75∶25(V/V),ELSD detector:drift tube temperature:85℃;Gain:60;gas pressure:25psi;atomizer temperature:34.8℃.The sample recovery rate in the 92.51%~99.00%.Implementation of xylitol,maltitol,lactitol and sorbitol mixed with four kinds of separation and detection of sugar alcohols,simple and rapid,high sensitivity.
